CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (HEALTHCARE) JOB DESCRIPTION

 Healthcare Client Relationship Manager Job Overview: As a Brella Healthcare Client Relationship Manager, you will take charge of valued, longstanding Brella healthcare accounts and keep them humming like well-oiled machines.  As you manage each account, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our clients’ needs and your deep expertise in digital strategy and production to help them make decisions toward continued success. Key to this role will be a passion for client service excellence, continuous improvement and the ability to provide innovative solutions that align with our clients’ goals & objectives. Our ideal applicant will have Agency knowledge and experience working within Healthcare or supporting Healthcare clients.


 Healthcare Client Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities:

  •  Become an expert on Brella Services; who we are and why we’re the best for our clients.
  •  Learn the ins and outs of Brella clients, their projects and their needs.
  •  Serve as strategic advisor, utilizing your extensive knowledge of digital best practices to ensure your clients’ success.
  •  Sell and manage client revenue and shepherd new opportunities through the system.
  •  Effectively and confidently present business reviews, opportunities, proposals, analyses and other key information to client teams and management.
  •  Monitor client’s digital marketing performance and provide insights to client and internal teams to help drive decision making.
  •  Develop sustainable business relationships of reliability and support with your clients.
  •  Grow profitability of client relationship with an eye towards the long-term connection.
  •  Effectively communicate with both the client and internal project teams using multiple platforms.
  •  Present digital strategies, creative, digital experiences and cost estimates to client teams including director level roles.
  •  Anticipate future client needs and project risks; learn from prior risks and requests.
  •  Review key client deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  •  Collaborate with team leads on estimating, timelines and project risks.
  •  Facilitate ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings and calls
  •  Provide exceptional follow up both internally and externally on required timelines and deliverables.
  •  Shift account priorities based on client needs and expectations
  •  Travel 10-15% of the time to meet clients on-site and at professional functions.
  •  Contribute to the overall Brella culture and ethos.

Healthcare Client Relationship Manager Skills / Qualifications:

  •  A completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  •  Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Digital Account Manager, Client Service Manager, or Client Relationship Specialist.
  •  Experience working as a project manager or digital strategist, and a deep understanding of the agency digital design process.
  •  Expertise making strategic decisions based on data including site metrics.
  •  Experience working within a Healthcare agency or supporting Healthcare clients.
  •  The ability to reproduce a catalogue of solutions for client needs, or in other words, you are able to uphold a general understanding of many, many things.
  •  Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results, and anticipating and avoiding roadblocks.
  •  Must thrive in a fast paced, solutions oriented, and project driven environment.
  •  Excellent organizational and task switching skills, nothing slips by you unnoticed.
  •  Exceptional communications and problem analysis skills.
