Production Project Manager- Hiring Now

On Client Site, Project Manager

Brella Productions ( ) , a strategic digital production company, is seeking candidates to work as Project Managers at our client’s agency.

Job Purpose: Project Managers act to bring production efforts and information into harmonious cooperation. They assemble needed assets, manage schedules and timelines for deliverables and reviews. The work flow process is overseen by the project Manager to bring projects to successful and profitable completion.  This job is extremely client facing since work will be done at the client site and within the client team. The PM must be client sensitive at all times as part of this position.

Project Manager—Job Duties:  

  • Create both simple and complex production schedules in collaboration with the client, creative managers, QA team, regulatory team and end client.
  • Assist client in kickoffs. May manage simple project kickoffs by self
  • Supervise and coordinate production staff for multi-deadline projects
  • Regulate project hours versus budget and offer options for adjustments as needed.
  • Establish QA parameters with testing team members to serve project deliverables and SOW.
  • Confirm regulatory requirements and parameters with client regulatory team members to serve project deliverables, schedule and SOW.
  • Resolve priority conflicts in harmony with the project estimate and agreed SOW.
  • Maintain production schedules
  • Basic meeting management
  • Coordinate production staff efforts
  • Maintain project budgets and help initiate change order process when necessary
  • Balance production team demands and deadlines
  • Organize and maintain project assets according to client approved processes and industry best practices
  • Create and maintain project documents and protocols
  • Coordinate with client account managers and end clients to establish and meet expectations
  • Review project deliverables to make sure they match Scope of Work.
  • Perform administrative duties for the project as needed.
  • Perform research for the project as needed.
  • Coordinate with QA and regulatory resources throughout project as needed to ensure QA and regulatory plans are followed. 
  • Coordinate project organization for back ups
  • Be a good ambassador for Brella on the client’s site
  • Provide excellent customer service to all layers of the client.


  • Able to compose and present various solutions and options taking into account a variety of perspectives.
  • Able to take clear notes, self-manage and follow through on complex projects
  • Web and digital media experience is preferred, working on mostly Web related projects.
  • Agency experience required; familiarity needed with business concepts and lingo.
  • Print, Design and Digital Media Experience helpful, Graphic Design background is an advantage
  • Must be comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, MAc and PC platforms
  • Be comfortable asking for help and identifying and preparing items ripe for delegation.
  • Be comfortable and enjoy working in a position that is 100% client facing with high customer service expectations.

Qualifications: 4+ years of related professional experience and a college degree or 5+ years of related professional experience. Experience and/or degree in design, communications, technical production, or marketing strongly preferred. Additional prior experience in sales or customer service a plus.
